Director and producer, graduate of the School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. 

Among his many television works: the comedy-drama series "Killing Grandma", together with David Ofek and Yossi Madmoni, winner of an Academy Award (2016).  "Food Drink Alone Together", documentary series (2006). "Ha-Mangalistim", screenplay together with David Ofek and Yossi Madmoni, (2003).  TAKE AWAY writer and director, together with David Ofek and Yossi Madmoni, (2000).  Bat-Yam New-York, production, (1995). 

Shefer is the Head of the Documentary Department at Reshet Broadcasting.
